As Operations Manager, my mission is to transform complex real estate challenges into streamlined, scalable systems that empower our agents to focus on what they do best: serving clients. We are a learning-based team and my educational background supports everything I do, from designing workflows that align with how people actually think and work to overseeing our backend operations and marketing technology with a high-level strategic lens, my goal is to reduce friction and improve productivity. I am passionate about the science of the business—leveraging data-driven insights and cognitive psychology to create a high-performance environment where every team member can thrive.
